The Orange County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on Tuesday, Aug. 23, to approve its response to an OC Grand Jury report on the county’s approach to homelessness. The board’s responses ranged from agreeing with the jury’s findings, partially agreeing, disagreeing partially, to wholly disagreeing.
