Harbor Partners Get Green Light to Move Forward with Financing for Revitalization
As the Dana Point Harbor Partners (DPHP) works towards commencing construction on the landside portion of the $610 million harbor revitalization project, the Orange County Board of Supervisors voted on Tuesday, Dec. 19, to approve documents necessary for the partners to enter into a loan agreement for the project.
